Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange for another piece of equal or greater value.
Eligible items
- Ready-to-ship jewelry in original, unworn condition.
- Items returned with original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and care card.
- Pieces that have not been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase.
Non-returnable items
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces unless defective on arrival.
- Earrings for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
How to start a return

Request a return authorization
Email customer care with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We respond within one business day with an RMA number.

Secure your piece
Place the jewelry in its original box and pouch. Include the authenticity certificate and any gifts received with the order.

Ship with our prepaid label
Use the insured return label we provide. Do not ship without insurance — uninsured returns are not covered if lost in transit.

Inspection & refund
Our team inspects returns within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? Exchanges are processed as a new order once we receive your return. Price differences are charged or refunded accordingly. One complimentary resize is included on eligible rings within 30 days — see our Size Guide for details.
Domestic returns use our prepaid insured label at no cost for eligible items. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
