How to measure your ring size at home
- 1
Use a ring that fits
Place a well-fitting ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters. Match to the chart above.
- 2
String or paper method
Wrap non-stretch string around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, measure the length in mm, and divide by 3.14 for diameter.
- 3
Measure at the right time
Measure in the evening when fingers are largest. Repeat 2–3 times for accuracy.
