In-stock pieces are carefully inspected, polished, and packaged within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or custom items require 7–14 business days before dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and select European destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees determined by your local authorities — these are the recipient's responsibility.

- A tracking number and customs documentation are provided by email.
- We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations for gold and jewelry before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS (if provided at checkout). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us within 2 hours of purchase and we will do our best to update the address. After dispatch, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier.
